Job descriptionMeet Jewellery Shop owners and sale them Mediclaim and Motor Insurance. Lead and mentor a team of CRO's executives to achieve sales and revenue targets. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Clients / jewellers. Understand the unique needs and risk concerns of jewellers and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Support clients in claim settlement and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with insurance companies for competitive quotes, customized group mediclaim policies, and smooth policy issuance.
