Position : Dental Assistant (Full-time)

We are looking for a proactive, friendly, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with people, maintains high hygiene standards, and wants to grow in a clinical environment that values learning and patient experience.

As part of DantYug, you’ll be supporting Orthodontic and General Dentistry procedures , ensuring patient comfort, maintaining sterilization protocols, and helping the clinic run smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist the doctor during Orthodontic and General Dentistry procedures

Prepare and organize instruments, materials, and dental equipment

Maintain a high level of infection control and sterilization standards

Ensure smooth patient flow before, during, and after treatment

Provide clear and polite communication to patients regarding chairside instructions

Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the treatment area

Help with appointment coordination and patient records where required

Support clinic operations with a positive and collaborative attitude

Qualifications / Skills :

Required :

Any prior experience in a dental clinic OR strong willingness to learn quickly

Good communication skills and a patient-first attitude

Basic understanding of hygiene and sterilization practices

Professional, well-groomed, and punctual

Preferred (not mandatory) :

Experience assisting in Orthodontic procedures

Knowledge of dental materials, instruments, and basic chairside protocol
