As a Merchandising Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing the product lifecycle—from concept to shelf. You’ll work across multiple brands, ensuring each product meets our standards of quality, innovation, and market relevance.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end merchandising operations for apparel across various brands.
  • Lead product costing : fabric consumption analysis, trim planning, and pricing strategies.
  • Oversee sampling and production timelines to ensure brand alignment and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for documentation, approvals, and delivery tracking.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance culture.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce, Business, or related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in apparel merchandising.
  • Proficiency in PLM systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
