About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves driving business growth by building strong client relationships, introducing our smart parking solutions to new markets, and ensuring adoption of our services across restaurants, hospitality and retail categories. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing venture at the forefront of mobility and urban infrastructure transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery
- Achieve individual and team revenue targets through lead generation, deal closures, and account growth.
- Build and manage large account relationships covering multiple properties and projects .
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and emerging technologies in the mobility and real estate space.
Qualifications & Skills
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account managementStrong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong written and oral communication skills in a client facing roleSelf-motivated and target-driven , with a proven track record in achieving sales goalsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fieldExperience in startups or firms operating in the tech space in F&B, hospitality, food delivery will be a plusField sales experience is a must as this role requires commuting within MMR regionFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems will be a positiveIf you believe you are the right candidate for this role, please write in to us at
