Experience : 3–4 years ( min. 1 year in a team lead role preferred )

Job Summary

We are looking for a PPC Team Lead with expertise in Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and Meta Ads , preferably with agency experience managing multiple clients. You will lead a PPC team, drive paid media strategy, and deliver measurable results .

Key Responsibilities

Develop & optimize PPC campaigns (Google, Amazon, Meta – FB / Instagram).
Lead & mentor PPC specialists , ensuring KPIs and deadlines are met.
Manage multiple client accounts across industries.
Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams for aligned strategies.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A / B testing .
Track performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, Amazon Campaign Manager .
Prepare performance reports & insights for clients.
Stay updated with industry trends & platform updates .

Requirements

3–4 years PPC experience (agency background preferred).

Proven skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads .

Strong analytical & client-facing skills .

Knowledge of tracking tools (GTM, GA, Conversion APIs) .

Ability to lead a team & manage deadlines .

Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications .

Experience with SA360, SEMrush, Ahrefs .

Strong background in eCommerce & lead generation campaigns .
