Medical Affairs Analytics Specialist (3–10 years experience)

Do you have a passion for data-driven decision-making in healthcare and want to make an impact in Medical Affairs ? This role blends analytics expertise with strategic medical insights to transform patient care.

Key Focus Areas :

✅ Patient / RWE Analytics – Patient flow analysis using RWE / RWD, mapping LOTs, patient journeys, care gap quantification, and unmet needs identification.

✅ Medical Affairs Execution Effectiveness – MSL activity dashboards, OL influence mapping, impact measurement, and Next Best Action strategies.

✅ GenAI Applications – Extract insights from unstructured data (field notes, transcripts, literature), build conversational AI engines for compliant HCP content delivery.

What we’re looking for :

• ️ 3–10 years of experience in analytics (preferably healthcare / life sciences)
• ️ Strong skills in advanced analytics, visualization, and data interpretation
• ️ Exposure to Medical Affairs, RWE / RWD, or GenAI projects is a plus
