Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in international markets (preferably UK / USA). The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in lead generation, client communication, and online bidding platforms , with a strong ability to build lasting client relationships and consistently achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and qualify international business leads (UK / USA focus).
• Manage client acquisition through online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
• Build strong client relationships through professional communication and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and ensure smooth delivery.
• Utilize CRM tools and lead management systems to track and nurture leads.
• Consistently achieve and exceed business development targets.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
