Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager (Generalist) with experience in remote HR practices,HR Ops and proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources in a fully distributed workforce, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training, while actively fostering a positive company culture despite the physical distance between employees, utilizing virtual communication tools to maintain engagement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Onboarding

Utilize ATS to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Maintain HR databases and records in compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.

Assist with performance review processes, collecting feedback, and organizing review sessions.

Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, promoting compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Experience managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to exit.
