Qualifications :
Minimum of 9 years of experience in a similar role.Strong understanding and experience with Azure Entra ID and PIM.Proficiency in Power BI, Azure Sentinel, Log Analytics, and Intune.Excellent communication and team management skills.Proven ability to manage and resolve incidents and requests.Experience in defining and implementing support processes and workflows(ref : hirist.tech)
