Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Tender Executive located in Delhi. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, from identifying relevant tenders to preparing and submitting proposals. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with various departments to gather necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, analyzing bid documents, and coordinating contract negotiations. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, effective communication, and strong organizational skills to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in tendering, proposal writing, and bid management
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency in using tender management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to gather necessary information for tenders
• Understanding of contractual terms and conditions
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Previous experience in the IT or consulting industry is a plus
