Job Overview : This is a Critical position covering projects related to all industries and geographies. Excellent control on project timeline and resources is key to the success of this role.
Responsibilities :
Project Control and Management.Project cost and time control within budget.Ensure estimated Profitability of project.Vendor visit and inspection of outsourced fabricated / other items.Customer site visit to find resources for turnkey projects.Technical Calculation of solution using proprietary toolsCustomer interactionsPreparation of Scope matrix and project management documentCosting and pricing with support from managementCustomer site visit to work out refurbishment proposalsLesioning with external suppliers of package solution to work out a complete turnkey proposal.Communication inside and outside regarding new products and services on offerGeneration of Leads and Opportunities.Customer relationship building and maintainingKey account management.Generation of Customer testimonials, Videos of references, pictures, etc.Support Sales with customer relationship as and when needed.Back-end support to Front line sales team as and when required.The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of handling multiple stakeholders and developing strong relationships with customers to make them happy.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement and monitor Project schedules for each and every project and agree with customer on regular basis.Develop and monitor internal project plan to set milestones for SCM, Operations and other teams.Visit Customer sites and work out practical implementable site execution plan for projects.Take full ownership of Cost and Resources control for each project. Raise early alarms for budget overshoots etc.Maintain excellent relationship with customers and coordinate with Service teams to ensure the projects are executed as promised in contract.Salary and compensation
Salary and compensation will be at par with Industry standard.
