Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager with a strong background in managing Adobe Experience Cloud projects , including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , Adobe Analytics , Adobe Target , and related Adobe Marketing / Experience tools. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor cross-functional offshore teams, coordinate effectively with global stakeholders, and drive the successful delivery of enterprise-level digital experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud projects (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other Adobe solutions).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, design teams, developers, and QA teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Conduct regular status meetings, reporting, and presentations for internal and client teams.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards for Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration across global and offshore delivery teams.
• Drive process improvements and ensure continuous alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
