We are looking for a skilled Citrix VDI Administrator with expertise in Windows and Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu) environments. The ideal candidate will manage and support a Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment, ensuring high availability, performance, automation, and security. The role also includes automation using Ansible and Linux server management with Foreman / RH Satellite.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Skills :

• Citrix VDI : Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD), StoreFront, Citrix Gateway (NetScaler), Citrix Director.
• Windows & Linux :
• Windows 10 / 11, Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022.
• Linux (RHEL 7 / 8 / 9, Ubuntu 20.04 / 22.04).
• Linux Management Tools :
• Foreman / RH Satellite for centralized Linux patching and lifecycle management.
• Ansible for configuration automation and server provisioning.
• Hypervisor : Experience with Nutanix AHV (preferred), VMware ESXi, or Hyper-V.
• Networking & Security :
• Understanding of ICA / HDX protocols, firewall rules, SSL certificates, MFA, and Citrix security policies.
• Scripting & Automation :
• Experience in PowerShell, Ansible, and Citrix SDK for automation.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting :
• Familiarity with Citrix Director, Citrix ADM, Splunk, or other monitoring tools.
