Key Responsibilities :

• Architectural Design : You will lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable, and secure application architectures.
• This involves creating technical blueprints, providing architectural oversight for new projects, and ensuring all solutions are aligned with enterprise standards.
• Technical Leadership : You will serve as a subject matter expert for .NET and MS SQL Server.
• Your role includes mentoring junior and senior developers, conducting code reviews, and promoting best practices in software development.
• System Optimization : You will analyze and optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure the reliability and security of our systems.
• You'll also manage the technical debt, providing clear strategies for resolution.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : You'll work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and a clear architectural roadmap.
