Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, experience in both digital and print media, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Agency experience is a big plus , as you'll be expected to juggle multiple brands and deadlines with creativity and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Develop visually engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, and print materials
- Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and strategy teams to bring concepts to life
- Work on branding, visual identities, and campaign collateral across various platforms
- Translate briefs into strong visual outcomes that align with brand guidelines
- Ensure high-quality design outputs and consistency across all touchpoints
- Adapt and repurpose existing assets as needed for different channels / formats
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices
Must Have -
8–9 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative or digital agencyStrong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects (branding, social media, digital, print)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)Should have worked on Fashion brandsKnowledge of design for digital platforms (web, social media, emailers, etc.)Excellent visual storytelling and typography skillsAbility to manage time and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong attention to detail and a growth mindsetFamiliarity with motion graphics or basic video editing is a bonus (After Effects / Premiere)
