Role Overview :
We are looking for talented professionals with hands-on experience in Netskope Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to provide Level 1 & Level 2 support. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of data security, incident management, and policy enforcement within the Netskope platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and manage Netskope DLP alerts and incidents (L1 & L2 support).
- Perform initial triage, analysis, and resolution of DLP-related issues.
- Escalate complex incidents to L3 / Engineering teams when required.
- Assist in policy creation, tuning, and implementation of DLP controls.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
- Generate and review reports on DLP activities, incidents, and trends.
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills :
2-6 years of experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) support, preferably Netskope.Hands-on experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving DLP incidents.Knowledge of information security concepts, data protection, and endpoint / cloud security.Familiarity with incident management tools and ITSM processes.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Good to Have :
Experience with other DLP tools (Symantec, McAfee, Forcepoint, etc.).Exposure to security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).Basic scripting or automation knowledge.(ref : hirist.tech)
