Job description

Role Overview :

We are looking for talented professionals with hands-on experience in Netskope Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to provide Level 1 & Level 2 support. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of data security, incident management, and policy enforcement within the Netskope platform.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and manage Netskope DLP alerts and incidents (L1 & L2 support).
  • Perform initial triage, analysis, and resolution of DLP-related issues.
  • Escalate complex incidents to L3 / Engineering teams when required.
  • Assist in policy creation, tuning, and implementation of DLP controls.
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
  • Generate and review reports on DLP activities, incidents, and trends.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills :

  • 2-6 years of experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) support, preferably Netskope.
  • Hands-on experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving DLP incidents.
  • Knowledge of information security concepts, data protection, and endpoint / cloud security.
  • Familiarity with incident management tools and ITSM processes.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

    • Good to Have :

  • Experience with other DLP tools (Symantec, McAfee, Forcepoint, etc.).
  • Exposure to security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
  • Basic scripting or automation knowledge.
