Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a General Manager - India at SMPL. The General Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day operations, lead business development initiatives, and drive revenue growth in India. Key responsibilities include building and managing client relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, formulating strategies for market development, and collaborating with other regional teams. The General Manager will represent the company at a leadership level and ensure alignment with the overall corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in business development, market strategy, and team management.
• Strong knowledge in sales, marketing, and operations in the semiconductor or electronic components industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and sustain client relationships.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and decision-making.
• Familiarity with managing multinational operations and diverse teams across regions.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and achieve set business targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
