Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Mumbai. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by addressing their queries, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless resolution of issues. Additional responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction through proactive communication, handling escalations professionally, and ensuring to service protocols.

Effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
Proven ability to work in a dynamic, on-site team environment
A bachelor's degree in any field (preferred) / HSC pass
