Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) Consultant with a strong background in implementation, configuration, and support of EC modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end SF EC projects, integrations, and business process optimization across multiple geographies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• At least 2 to 3 full-cycle EC implementation projects completed.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central data models, business rules, workflows, and events .
• Experience in data migration, integration (SAP CPI / Dell Boomi / APIs) , and master data management.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
