Role Overview

We are seeking a System Engineer (Projects) with strong hands-on experience in Genetec / Milestone VMS to join our projects team. The role involves delivering on-site execution, planning, commissioning, and testing for Video Surveillance, Access Control Systems, and other ELV projects within the delivery timeframe.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a detailed understanding of solutions offered to clients from the internal team and prepare all prerequisites for project execution.
• Conduct pre-execution site surveys to assess implementation requirements.
• Handle installation, commissioning, and testing of Safety & Security Solutions, including IP Video Surveillance, Access Control Systems, Fire Systems, Public Address (PA) Systems, using the Genetec platform.
• Coordinate with OEMs and internal teams to manage escalations and resolve complex issues during implementation.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure smooth operations and foster strong customer relationships.
• Manage vendors engaged in project implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including handover reports, installation reports, project completion certificates, MIR, TDS, project trackers, and other relevant records.
• Genetec case log management, RMA for Genetec hardware, troubleshooting based on tickets raised, maintenance activity reports preparation, RCA preparation and submission, handling external escalations related to support, etc.
