Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site 6-month paid Fellowship based in West Bengal. The Fellow will engage in conducting research, compiling insights, and contributing to storytelling initiatives that strengthen connections between citizens and decision-makers. Key responsibilities include developing communication strategies, preparing reports and presentations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on policy projects, and facilitating workshops or dialogue sessions. The role requires a proactive approach to fostering inclusiveness, innovation, and impactful engagement in the political and public space.
Qualifications
Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to gather, synthesise, and present information effectively.
Proficiency in writing, including content creation, policy briefs, and storytelling techniques.
Skills in communication strategy development and stakeholder engagement.
Collaboration experience, particularly in working with cross-disciplinary teams or managing projects.
Ability to facilitate meaningful discussions and contribute to fostering inclusive dialogue.
Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and the capability to manage deadlines.
A passion for public service, ethical leadership, and a commitment to shaping participatory governance.
A bachelor’s in Political Science, Public Policy, Communication, or related fields is advantageous.
