• Key Responsibilities :
• Lead and manage a high-performing software development team, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivery timelines.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture through mentoring, coaching, and skills development.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring adherence to quality, scope, and schedule.
• Implement and facilitate Agile methodologies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to enhance team productivity.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and other cross-functional teams to align R&D efforts with business strategies and customer needs.
• Track, analyze, and report on key R&D performance metrics, ensuring strategic objectives are met.
• Champion innovation, accountability, and ownership within the team and broader organization.
