Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team. As a Financial Management Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining financial management modules within Workday.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with financial processes and systems, as well as proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis. You will work closely with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements and provide solutions using Workday.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Implementing and configuring Workday Financial Management modules
  • SUPPORTING FINANCIAL OPERATIONS BY ENSURING ACCURATE AND TIMELY PROCESSING OF FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS
  • Collaborating with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements and provide Workday solutions
  • Developing and maintaining financial reports and dashboards within Workday
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Workday Financial Management
  • Providing training and support to end-users on Workday Financial processes and functionalities
  • Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures

In order to succeed in this role, you will need :

  • 6+ years of experience with Workday Financial Management
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and systems
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

    • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related discipline is required.
