About the Role

We’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist with a strong command over Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive measurable growth across campaigns. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Develop audience strategies – interest-based, behavioral, lookalike, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Write ad copies , choose creatives, and coordinate with the design team for campaign assets.
  • Manage daily budgets , track performance, and optimize campaigns for best CPA / ROAS.
  • Set up and monitor Meta Pixel , Conversion API , and custom event tracking.
  • Conduct A / B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements to improve performance.
  • Generate and analyze campaign reports to identify insights and present recommendations.
  • Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes , ad policies, and platform innovations.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to align campaign goals with overall marketing objectives.
  • (Optional, if multi-platform) : Assist in expanding paid media strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube .

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Meta Ad Campaigns (Lead Generation, Conversion, Brand Awareness).
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager , Business Suite , and Meta Analytics .
  • Knowledge of Pixel setup , CAPI , and data tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and optimization .
  • Creative eye for ad copywriting and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • (Preferred) Agency background or experience managing multiple brands.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certification in Meta Blueprint is a plus.
