What You’ll Do :
We are looking for an Engineering Manager who will lead a talented team of developers to deliver high-impact AI-driven products. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in software development, a deep understanding of end-to-end engineering lifecycles, and a proven track record of managing teams to execute projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
- Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle - from architecture, design, and development to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Oversee project management activities, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and performance tracking using tools like JIRA.
- Ensure high-quality code delivery through reviews, CI / CD, and engineering best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical or process bottlenecks to improve team velocity and execution speed.
- Contribute to hiring, training, and performance evaluations within the engineering function.
What We’re Looking For :
3+ years of hands-on development experience (Python, Node.js, or similar backendstacks preferred).
1+ year of experience leading or managing engineering teams.Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle from design to production.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or ClickUp.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to balance technical depth with managerial oversight.Good to Have
Experience with FastAPI, React, or Kubernetes environments.Exposure to AI / ML systems or data-driven products.Background in startup or fast-paced product environments.Why Join Us?
