The ideal candidate will ensure smooth project execution, timely communication, and client satisfaction by handling queries, sharing updates, and aligning deliverables with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, customer support .
• Prior experience in digital marketing agencies, IT services, or SaaS companies is preferred.
