Sr. Lead Software Development Eng. - Embedded Software (Data Center & SPSE)

AMD India (DC GPU Firmware) is looking for a strong technical leader / Architect to lead an Embedded Software development team to lead and deliver modular, quality oriented, and extensible FW infrastructure. You will be a member of a core team of incredibly talented industry specialists and will work with the very latest hardware and software technology.

Closely collaborate with peer architecture, development and QA teams, customer support and product line management. As a key member of the Technical management staff, contribute to the vision and strategy of continuous integration, improved development processes, quality and productivity improvements.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• 16+ years (or more) of overall relevant industry experience and a track record of shipping server / storage / networking products for the enterprise, cloud data center and service provider markets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills should be a quick learner and a team player.
• Prior experience in working as a technical architect in leading a team of engineers and managing any complex product architecture in firmware, drivers & OS Stack.

Strong experience in board bring-up and trouble shooting and co-working hardware teams.
