We are a growing apparel retail startup , managing 3 global fashion brands in India, with a passionate team of ~30 employees at corporate office and over 800 staff at stores. As we scale, we are looking for a driven and hands-on Assistant Manager – HR to own both HR Operations and

Business Partnering .

Role Highlights :

As Assistant Manager – HR, you will be responsible for :

• Managing end-to-end HR operations – payroll, compliance, employee support and assistance in designing
• Driving talent acquisition & onboarding across store and office roles
• Acting as a Business Partner to employees and leadership on people matters
• Leading employee engagement, learning & development, and performance processes
• Providing data-driven HR dashboards & insights to guide business decisions
