- Primary SPOC for clients; maintaining said relationships to ensure repeat business to the best of your ability
- Leading projects and collaborating with teams to deliver
- Translate client briefs into compelling event concepts, experiential campaigns and strategy, and look into quality execution of the same
- Work with teams to develop decks, mood boards, and strategies aligned with the clients objectives
- Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and pitches to new and existing clients
- Maintaining Gantt charts and any other relevant documents to ensure timelines and deadlines are met efficiently
- Work closely with Operations Teams to prepare budgets, manage client approvals, and ensure adherence to financial plans
- Work closely with Finance Teams to ensure invoicing, vendor registration, payment terms etc. are aligned
- Guiding and overseeing junior members work, and ensuring company standards of delivery before running the same by HOD / Director for final sign offs
- Reporting in to HOD / Director regularly with updates across projects being serviced
- Working on post-event analysis / reports to share with HOD / Director
