Program Manager

We’re looking for a Program Manager who loves solving problems, thrives in fast-moving environments, and can turn ideas into scalable programs.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 :

We seek a Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure seamless execution of business-critical programs. The role requires strong problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼 :

Lead cross-functional projects across ops, sales & supply chain.

Drive execution on key initiatives with high ownership.

Build systems, track progress, and remove roadblocks.

Translate strategy into action (and results!).

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 :

4–7 years in program / project management, ops, or consulting.

A knack for structure + hustle.

Excellent stakeholder & communication skills.

Passion for agri-tech / food systems is a big plus.
