Fire Protection (REVIT) Designer

We are seeking a Fire Protection Designer with expertise in REVIT to produce BIM models and construction drawings for mechanical (MEP) services. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled professional with a strong background in industrial or commercial fire protection design. This role requires excellent coordination skills, a meticulous approach to work, and the ability to produce accurate, clash-free designs.

Key Responsibilities

• BIM Modeling & Drawing Production : Create BIM models for fire protection services using REVIT MEP . Develop a variety of 2D construction deliverables, including sprinkler layouts, fire alarm layouts, piping layouts, and isometric drawings .
• Coordination : Work closely with other disciplines to ensure assigned work is coordinated and results in a clash-free design .
• Technical Drawing : Produce detailed drawings such as general arrangement drawings for equipment rooms, plumbing drawings, riser diagrams, and equipment schedules.
• Collaboration & Growth : Act as a committed team player while also being able to work on your own initiative. Show a willingness to take on more engineering design responsibilities by working closely with the lead engineer.
