Responsibilities
Network and engage with CFO / HR heads and other key decision-makers in the company.
Develop, maintain and retain excellent relationship with clients.
Develop a good understanding and mapping of the clients / market.
Achieve revenue targets.
Monitor competition, identify industry benchmarks and implement best practices.
Experience of team handling in Insurance / any sector.
Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.
Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.
Qualifications
Direct Corporate Sales Experience (preferably over 2 to 7 years) in Insurance Broking.
University degree with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.
MBA from a reputed B - School.
Experience in team handling in Insurance or any sector.
Ability to manage diverse client cultures.
