Client Engagement & Recruiting Lead

We are hiring a Client Engagement & Recruiting Lead to manage key customers in Semiconductor industry and drive end-to-end technical hiring.

You will be the primary client contact, handling relationship management, delivery updates, and hiring forecasts.

Lead and mentor a recruiting team to fulfill niche semiconductor roles (Embedded, BSP, Firmware, Connectivity, Android, IoT).

Coordinate with client hiring managers, understand technical requirements, and ensure timely, high-quality candidate delivery.

Track interviews, pipelines, offers, and onboarding while meeting SLA / TAT targets.

Resolve client escalations and ensure strong customer satisfaction.

Provide market insights and support account growth opportunities.

5–10 years of technical recruitment experience in the semiconductor domain required.

Strong communication, stakeholder handling, and leadership skills essential.
