Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide L2 support for production systems and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving databases, application logs, and interfaces.
  • Use SQL extensively for data analysis, issue triaging, and reporting.
  • Perform log analysis and root cause identification using Java-based applications.
  • Write and maintain automation scripts using JavaScript, Shell, or similar languages to reduce manual tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and business users.
  • Work on incident management, perform impact analysis, and ensure resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Follow and contribute to the ITIL-based processes (incident, problem, change management).
  • Participate in deployment and post-deployment validation activities.

Skills and Experiences required :

  • Proficiency in SQL (Primary), Java (Secondary) for support.
  • Familiarity with scripting using JavaScript or similar languages to create automation scripts and tools.
  • hands-on experience in Linux / Unix, shell scripting and commands.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, etc.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to handle complex technical issues
  • Experience in Incident Management and ITIL process
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge & preferred on Banking / BFSI domain
  • Will to work in Rotational shifts including Night Shifts.
