Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Bengaluru, Kannur, Mysuru and Coimbatore. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and maintaining quality control standards. Their daily tasks include supervising civil engineering tasks, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely completion of projects. The role requires excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site construction management
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam and Tamil
• Skills in quality control and assurance
• Background in structural and civil engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
