Yagy Tech Pvt Ltd (Formerly known as Climbing Seeds Pvt Ltd) is a fast-growing company operating across three exciting verticals :

Mealawe – India’s leading homemade food delivery platform.
Navmool – Premium organic FMCG brand.
DeskDyne – B2B cafeteria management SaaS platform.

We are seeking a creative Video Editor with strong editing and videography skills to join our marketing team in Pune. This role is strictly onsite and requires hands-on involvement in both shooting and editing content.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and produce engaging videos for ads, social media, reels, YouTube, and brand campaigns.

Manage end-to-end video production – from shooting to final edits.

Collaborate with marketing / design teams to create compelling stories.

Add animations, graphics, and transitions to enhance videos.

Repurpose long-form content into short, catchy clips for social platforms.

Ensure brand consistency across all Yagy Tech brands.

Organize raw footage and manage video asset libraries.

Stay updated with the latest editing & videography trends.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio / reel required).

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.

Videography skills (camera handling, shooting, lighting, framing) are highly preferred.

Strong understanding of social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, Ads).

Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

Must be available to work onsite in Pune.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of color grading and sound design.

Familiarity with DSLR / Camera setups, lighting, and shooting techniques.

Basic design skills (Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva).

Prior experience with lifestyle, food, or D2C brand shoots is a plus.
