Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for a Client Services Executive. The Client Services Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client inquiries and issues. Daily tasks will include acting as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining business relationships, analyzing client needs, and providing solutions that align with their goals. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
