Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Generative AI Engineer located in Bengaluru / Remote. The Generative AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI-powered systems and intelligent agents that transform, analyze, and automate data-driven workflows. This role involves building and optimizing LLM-based applications and autonomous agents capable of end-to-end process automation, insightful data analysis, and making informed, data-driven decisions. The engineer will ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into production environments, continuously improving AI systems while focusing on transparent, well-governed, and reliable AI operations.

Qualifications

Experience : 2+ years in AI / ML application development with a focus on Generative AI and machine learning; overall experience 3–7 years.

LLM & AI Expertise : Designing and building multi-agent AI applications, fine-tuning LLMs (LoRA / full fine-tuning), and implementing guardrails for safe and reliable AI.

Agentic Frameworks & RAG : Hands-on with agent frameworks (ADK, AutoGen, LangGraph, etc.), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.), retrieval optimization, and embeddings.

Prompt Engineering & Learning : Skilled in prompt / context engineering, few-shot learning, chain-of-thought techniques, context window management, AI agent memory, and advanced tool usage.

Model Evaluation & Observability : Hands-on experience with model monitoring, evaluation, and observability tools (e.g., LangSmith, Weights & Biases).

Self-Improving Agents : Expertise in designing self-improving and autonomous AI agents.

Software & Programming : Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals; experience with frameworks like PyTorch, Pandas, FastAPI; frontend experience (React, Vue.js) is a plus.
