Job descriptionSound knowledge of bookkeeping...Posting transactions, Preparing and checking ledger balances, bank reconciliation etc Prepare and submit VAT returns. Ability to process payroll Responsible for adhering to deadlines for the task allocated Responsible for payroll, VAT & other accounts reconciliation Provide responses to the accounting manager email / queries in agreed timeline Escalate / inform issues to the Accounting Manager well in advance, if unable to complete jobs in the budgeted time or in agreed timely manner. Self-directed workflow management (ability to work directly with the AM) Time Budget management Adherence to hybrid and TeamSpace working pattern as agreed with management. Adherence to all the Company policies especially Timesheet and Leave Policy. Software proficiency - XERO; SAGE; MS TEAMS; Excel; MS OFFICE 365; SHAREPOINT) Xero and Hubdoc certified Good interpersonal and communication skills Good organisational and time management skills Advanced knowledge of MS office Enthusiastic, honest, and reliable. A flexible team player with a motivational hands-on approach and can-do attitude Uses initiative and actively identifies and resolves issues when they arise Demonstrate continuous self-development. Certification – Xero, Hubdoc and Sage payroll certification Time Utilization > Responsible for completion of full sets of working papers
