Job descriptionOver 10 years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in leadership roles, demonstrating expertise in the industry and agile methodologies. Proficient in programming languages, project management, and coaching developers, with strong technical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities, thriving in fast-paced environments and fostering teamwork. Excellent strategic and logical thinking, with the ability to understand the logic behind software development processes. Strong understanding of software architecture with a demonstrated history of enhancing software architecture in previous roles.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate software developers to create innovative solutions and implement top-notch development practices.
- Support and collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to execute plans, resolve issues, and apply scrum principles.
- Drive projects forward, manage priorities with senior leadership, and foster knowledge sharing and technical growth within the team.
Qualifications :
Note : We are looking for someone who is involved in running Appraisal cycles, using key metrics. Has experience in Lead / Manager role for more than 4 years
