Over 10 years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in leadership roles, demonstrating expertise in the industry and agile methodologies.Proficient in programming languages, project management, and coaching developers, with strong technical and problem-solving skills.Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal abilities, thriving in fast-paced environments and fostering teamwork.Excellent strategic and logical thinking, with the ability to understand the logic behind software development processes.Strong understanding of software architecture with a demonstrated history of enhancing software architecture in previous roles.Note : We are looking for someone who is involved in running Appraisal cycles, using key metrics. Has experience in Lead / Manager role for more than 4 years
