Job Description :

  • Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning and GenAI solutions.
  • Drive innovation in areas like NLP, deep learning, and predictive analytics.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
  • Oversee model performance, scalability, and deployment best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in Data Science, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Strong hands-on proficiency in Python , Machine Learning , Deep Learning , NLP , and Generative AI frameworks.
  • Experience with tools such as TensorFlow , PyTorch , Hugging Face , and Scikit-learn .
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based ML ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven ability to translate business problems into data-driven strategies and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI / ML, or related field.
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or AI product development.
