Job Description
a) Administration of Windows and Linux Servers.
b) Administration of Desktops & Laptops, Mac PC, Printers and Troubleshooting on H / W, S / W, Network day-to-day problems.
c) Administration of Antivirus Server.
d) Handling Data Backup Daily, weekly, monthly.
e) Handling ISP's
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2–3 years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Engineer.
Proficiency in Windows / Linux server administration.
Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls).
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware / Hyper-V).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure / AWS) is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (Active Directory, O365, etc.). Perform regular system backups, updates, and patch management. Ensure system and network security (firewalls, antivirus, endpoint security). Support LAN / WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity for users. Assist with software deployment, license management, and upgrades. Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Provide end-user support for hardware / software and coordinate with vendors when required.
