We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil engineering principles, excellent technical skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects.

Responsibilities

Design and oversee construction projects such as roads, bridges, and buildings.
Conduct site assessments and prepare feasibility reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to complete projects.
Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and timelines.
Manage project budgets and ensure resources are used efficiently.
Conduct inspections and assessments to monitor progress and quality.
Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Proficiency in civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAP2000).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of construction materials and methods.

Understanding of project management principles.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
