Role Description : What You'll Do

  • Conceptualize and design digital assets for social media, ad campaigns, website, newsletters, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Develop cohesive brand visuals that align with our aesthetic and storytelling tone - elegant, evocative, and nature-inspired.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to build end-to-end campaigns, ensuring visual and narrative harmony.
  • Maintain consistency across brand identity elements - typography, layout, color palette, iconography, and photography direction.
  • Stay curious and inspired : research, experiment, and evolve your design approach to keep our brand fresh yet familiar.
  • Support the creation of internal design needs like decks, presentations, and mockups for product and marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For :

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva, and other design tools (nice to have : experience in DaVinci Resolve).
  • Creativity, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to translate creative briefs and ideas into engaging visuals / content
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines gracefully.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates original thinking, aesthetic sensibility, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

    • Bonus :

  • Interest or background in sustainable beauty, clean formulation, and ingredient research
  • Familiarity with AI-based design tools for image generation and enhancement, interest in grid-planning
  • Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent), motion graphics, and animation
