Key Roles and Responsibilities

Support the development of dashboards and reports using Snowflake and SFDC data.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and performance gaps.
Assist in transcript tagging and classification using predefined sentiment and engagement frameworks.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure clean, structured data pipelines.
Contribute to automation efforts for recurring reporting tasks.
Document data definitions and maintain reporting consistency across business units.

Key Skills and Technologies

Strong SQL and Excel skills.

Experience with Snowflake and SFDC data environments.

Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Basic understanding of Python for data manipulation.

Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
