CMTN is Looking for:

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Cloud & DevOps Engineer who thrives in fast-paced

startup environments and can take end-to-end ownership of cloud, DevOps, security, and

observability initiatives across our SaaS platform.

What You'll Do

• Design, deploy, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
• Manage and optimise Kubernetes workloads (EKS/AKS), including scaling, reliability,
  
  

and cost efficiency.

• Own GitOps-based deployments using tools like ArgoCD, Flux, Helm and cloud-native
  
  

CI/CD.

• Build, maintain, and extend our open-source observability stack (Prometheus,
  
  

Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Jaeger, etc.).

• Embed DevSecOps practices into every stage of the pipeline - security scanning, IAM
  
  

hardening, supply chain guardrails, runtime security.

• Drive Cloud FinOps, including cost visibility, anomaly analysis, and resource rightsizing.
• Automate everything possible - author scripts and tools in Python/Go/Bash to eliminate
  
  

manual tasks.

• Own production incidents end-to-end: debug, remediate, and prevent recurrence.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and AI teams to ensure high reliability and
  
  

velocity.

• Play a key role in shaping processes, culture, and technical architecture.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of strong hands-on experience in DevOps/SRE roles.
• Deep expertise in AWS and Azure services, cloud networking, IAM, security, and
  
  

scalability.

• Strong command over Kubernetes, container runtimes, service meshes, autoscaling,
  
  

and production-grade cluster operations.

• Solid understanding of SaaS architecture, AI security, API security, and zero-trust
  
  

practices.

• Proven experience implementing GitOps workflows and cloud-native CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on with FinOps, cloud cost governance, and resource optimisation.
• Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (Python/Go/Bash).
• Experience working in startups or high-pressure environments with ownership
  
  

mentality.

• Strong debugging skills - you're someone who rolls up their sleeves and fixes production
  
  

issues head-on.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
