Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Consultant - SAP S / 4HANA to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP implementations and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in a leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of SAP S / 4HANA solutions for clients across various industries.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Design and configure SAP S / 4HANA modules to meet client needs.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP S / 4HANA functionalities.
Ensure best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications

12-20 years of experience in SAP S / 4HANA implementations.

Strong understanding of SAP modules such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Material Management (MM).

Proven experience in project management and leading teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

SAP certification in S / 4HANA or related areas is highly desirable.

Experience with SAP Fiori and Analytics is a plus.
