Role Summary
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our Customer App (Flutter) and key enterprise applications (Java / React, PHP, internal tools). You’ll convert business goals into clear product roadmaps, write crisp PRDs / requirement definitions, align engineering & design, and land high-quality releases. You’ll also lead integrations with external partners (e.g., Razorpay, Mojro, WhatsApp / CPaaS, MoEngage) to deliver seamless customer and operations experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define quarterly roadmaps for : Customer App (order flows, wallet / autopay, learning platform, user engagement), website, e-shop, and internal ops tools (catalog, delivery ops, CRM).
- Define and measure product metrics that help improve customer experience and bring value to the company
- Write PRDs with problem statement, success metrics, user journeys, edge cases, acceptance criteria, analytics events, and roll-out plan.
- Run backlog, sprint planning, and release notes; keep work decomposed into thin vertical slices.
- Drive UAT with test cases for happy paths, failures, retries, and reconciliations (e.g., payment / refund, delivery exceptions).
- Provide flow maps / wireframes and content requirements to the UX designer; uphold usability, accessibility, and performance budgets.
- Validate with quick prototypes and usability tests; iterate to reduce friction (order flow, checkout, subscription setup, autopay mandate, etc.).
- Own partner integrations end-to-end : payment gateways, last-mile (e.g. Razorpay, Mojro WhatsApp / CPaaS, MoEngage).
- Document flows, callback / webhook handling, reconciliation files, SLAs, and incident playbooks with vendors.
- Define analytics events / attributes (app + server) and dashboards with Data / CRM.
- Run A / B tests (e.g., Auto Recharge copy / placement) and ship what wins.
- Work closely with CX, Ops, Marketing / CRM, Finance, and Legal; maintain RACI, timelines, and risk logs.
- Communicate crisply—weekly product updates, go / no-go calls, and post-release RCAs.

Lead Conversion Rate ↑, CAC ↓, Subscription rate ↑, Autopay enable rate ↑ Value Added Products Adoption ↑.Reliable integrations : refunds and delivery statuses reconcile daily with zero leakage, CRM automation.Clear product documentation : PRDs, sprint delivery rate due to requirements, and analytics specs live and up to date.Qualifications
6–10 years in Product Management, with at least 3 years owning consumer apps or transactional flows at a D2C / consumer-internet company.Shipped features across checkout / payments, subscriptions / autopay, or logistics / last-mile.Strong PRD and systems thinking; comfortable with flow charts, API / webhook diagrams, error taxonomies, rate limits, idempotency, and reconciliation concepts.Hands-on with analytics (GA4 / Apache Superset) and lifecycle tools (MoEngage or similar).Excellent collaboration with engineering & design; crisp written communication.Bonus (nice to have)Experience with Flutter (app) and Java / React (internal tools) environments.Payments domain (UPI Autopay, mandates, refunds), and / or logistics orchestration (slots, routing, SLAs).Familiarity with CRM Automation using AI Chatbots
