Position Overview :
Responsible for robustness testing of automotive ECUs with a focus on ensuring quality and reliability through structured processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct HIL and vehicle bench tests for regression and robustness testing.
- Perform product-level testing for single and Domain ECUs.
- Analyze test data, prepare inputs, and generate detailed reports.
- Ensure proper instrument calibration and manage data acquisition systems.
- Develop test specifications for robustness testing using protocols like CAN and Automotive Ethernet.
- Execute robustness tests, including timing, variation, completeness, and voltage dips / drops.
Technical Expertise :
Hands-on experience with Vector CANoe, CAPL scripting, and VT systems.Strong understanding of ECU system hardware and software (Body & Chassis / Powertrain).Qualifications :
Education : BE / BTech in Electronics & Communication, Electrical, or Instrumentation.Experience : 7 10 years in ECU testing and development.
