Senior Global SAP Delivery Leader

Job descriptionCoordinate offshore activities across SAP projects including development, testing, and deployment. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to timelines. Lead offshore execution during project go-lives and hypercare support. Ensure offshore team adherence to SAP CoE governance, standards, and guidelines. Represent offshore team in Change Control Board (CCB) meetings and ensure proper documentation and approvals. Maintain compliance with SLA and KPI metrics; generate regular performance reports. Coordinate and oversee Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ensure test cases are executed, defects are tracked, and resolutions are communicated effectively. Liaise with onsite leads, business stakeholders, and functional teams to ensure alignment. Escalate risks and dependencies proactively and propose mitigation strategies. Facilitate knowledge sharing and documentation of processes, configurations, and lessons learned. Support onboarding and training of new offshore team members. 15+ years of SAP experience, with at least 10 years in a lead or coordination role. Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI / CO, MM, SD, etc.) and integration points. Experience managing offshore teams in a global delivery model. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with project management tools (ServiceNow, Solution Manager, CHARM, JIRA, Tricentis, HP ALM, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
